I haven't rented from here yet. I rely on word of mouth in some dealings. A friend has recommended this place and had good things to say. After reading mfam of 4s comments and seeing that the owner responded it assured me that I'm making a good decision by storing with Rays!. #futurecustomer

EXTREMELY overpriced. a 5x10 for 70 a month with a $50 first month "special"and you get to use a box truck free. Compared to their brand name competitor 5x10 $34/mo and $1 first month "special" and you can RENT one their own box trucks for less than the $50 move in "special". BTW before the argument is made, both are ground floor, both outside drive up access. And the kicker is Ray's small 5x5 is only $25. You could nearly rent THREE of those for the price of a 5x10. Maybe the ridiculous advertising and costumes need to go.
