While i am happy with my storage unit and the staff are very nice and courteous, the gate hours are such that you cannot access your unit 24 hours a day. Gate hours are over after 10pm. If you have a storage unit protected by a gate with a passcode you should be able to access your unit 24 hours a day. Veey disappointing.

I have had a great experience with Cardinal.Selina and her husband are nice and very helpful.The units are very nice too.I would recommend Cardinal to my family and friends.
