10 Federal Self Storage

Kept my stuff here for a month and ONE DAY and these clowns charged us for TWO MONTHS. Called to sort it out and was told, as a policy, their company never prorates. Between that and their very awkward gate access panel, I would NOT recommend this place. I only gave them 2 stars because the place was relatively clean. Definitely wouldn’t use them again, though.

I WAS happy with my experience with this storage facility until my rate for my unit continues to increase in price. I randomly recieve emails that my price is increasing Starting the next month. My rate has went from $80 for 10x10 and has now gotten up to $120.

Nice storage facility. Only problem I had was renting a unit with the kiosk, could be more user friendly. Had to use my phone to complete rental

24 hr access to storage, gated, indoor and outdoor options. The indoor is perfect and cleanly kept. The move in process is easy, the move out is a little harder. Always safe and tightly guarded with surveillance and close proximity to main road. The insurance offer on storage items is great if they get damaged or stolen (highly unlikely ). Prices vary for outdoor and indoor, indoor is higher but worth it to ensure items are thoroughly protected from any freak occurrences.

Fantastic!! I had been looking for a place to store a few things close to home and was fortunate to connect with 10 Federal Storage. After reserving online I got a call from Melissa within a day and she walked me through the final process and gave me suggestions to save some money. Thank you Melissa and 10 FS. I moved in today and my code worked flawless. I really appreciated not having to wait for the office to open and having it available 24/7 beats every other place out here.
