Public Storage

I booked over the phone very last minute since my home flooded and I needed to move as much as possible into storage. Easy booking, Al (guy at the call center) was nice. I changed my booking once I checked in and Daniel was super helpful with that. Facility looks nice and seems secure. I didn't give 5 stars since I got a call right after initially booking it where a person told me I missed my check-in appointment, which made me very confused and worried that the reservation was somehow wrong. Fortunately there were no issues after all.

Daniel and Mirlene who work in the office were both outstanding! Great, prompt, and easy service! We needed a storage unit fast to prepare our home for selling, and they made that happen for us. Answered our questions and were super friendly and funny! The unit is perfect as well with easy access and carts to use to help us load and unload easily. Great experience for us! Highly recommend! Just want to add that my moving situation became more complicated so on the day of the move with the moving trucks just behind me, I had to secure another unit. Nina and Mirlene (again) were both wonderful! They understood my dilemma and worked super-fast to get me another unit before trucks arrived. Even though Nina was still learning her job, she was fantastic! They even helped me look out the window for the trucks and listened to me babble on in my anxious, over-worked state. They made me laugh! Great experience with this facility in every way!

I reserved a unit at another location online. I went into this location to get boxes. As I walked in I was greeted by Sarah. She was very friendly and interactive. I happen to ask about the their policy and mentioned I reserved a unit at the another location because they didn't have the size I needed outside. She asked me what I was moving. I told her and she asked if I had seen the unit. I said no. She took me to see what unit I reserved and I was very surprised. It was definitely too small. She took me to see the unit I really needed and it was perfect. Because Sarah interacted with me and asked probing questions, she saved me a lot of frustration on moving day. On move in day, the process was quick and painless. Sarah greeted me with high energy and great customer service. The process was seamless. I especially liked the jokes and laughter. Sometimes that's all a person needs even when she knew l had a long day. and l just wanted it to end. Lol but she made me feel like family. I didn't have to wait. Paperwork was a breeze and even with me being super tired. Sarah stood out like a champ. Thanks you Sarah. I will be recommending this location. To other vendors my company does business with
