A-1 Personal Storage

Very nice! Love the elevator! Best storage place for a person with limited disabilities to uses.

Rented 2 small units late Thursday evening, never moved anything in or even entered the storage portion of the property. The purpose of the units was to store items while our home was listed. That evening a family emergency forced us to hold off on moving and listing of our home. Contacted them first thing Friday morning as they opened letting them know I would need a refund and would not need the units. I was given the obvious condolences then told by the manager Amy that she would have to speak to the owner and would call me back ASAP, no call all day I then called her back that afternoon. “The owner wanted me to ask you if you wanna use them later?” Truthfully at that point I had no idea so I responded “No”, then she said “Ok I will check back with the owner and see what he can do, maybe like give some of the money back.” Again never hear back from her, at this point I contacted my credit card company to handle it. Lesson learned a business can have all the Christian writings and still be heartless crooks!
