Dee is a very good representative for this company. I believe she would be for any workplace. She couples pleasantness with professionalism a trait many in today's world find difficult to do. She is respectful, she listens, she once again is great to work with. DO NOT LOSE HER!!!

If there's a Public Storage company award for great Customer service then Dee gets my vote. She makes doing business with this facility a breeze. I also appreciated that fact that all the "paperwork" was online and I didn't walk out with a small forest of paper. The unit was clean and ready for my move-in. What a contrast to some of the other storage facilities I have used in the past. Five stars!

Great place. Awesome staff. Area where storage units is not in a busy area and gives a safe feeling. I️ used the climate controlled units and was pleasantly surprised every time I️ went in. Dee really helped me out on my move out so rent with confidence!

Nina helped me get a new storage unit. Very friendly. Answered all questions I had and provided the best customer service.
