I cannot say enough great things about the outstanding customer service that I have received from Aisha! She is the true example of how customer service is supposed to be. Just the way she answers the phone her positive energy radiates through the phone and I suddenly feel more empowered and immediately start to have a better day! I can't thank you enough Aisha! Aiesha was absolutely a delight! The process waa easy, pain- free and HONEST unlike some places I've experienced. There were no hidden fees, the prices are reasonable and the units are clean.

Pam provided wonderful assistance in helping me take care of my storage needs. She informed me of all promotions and really helped me find the best unit for my needs. I definitely recommend.

I rented a storage unit here from September 2015 to March 2016. While there is always room for improvement, I was completely satisfied with my experience! This location is well-maintained and easy to find from I-40. I always found my unit to be surprisingly cool, even when the temperature was in the upper 70's. The store manager, Pam, is very nice, efficient, and easy to reach. And the man who showed me around when I started the rental was kind and offered excellent advice for storing in a non-climate controlled unit. As for CubeSmart itself: Rates are accurately stated online, although you will need to pay for insurance as well. The initial rate did increase after 6 months, but that was as stated on all materials. Not a surprise and they sent an advanced notice in the mail as well. Also, you can pay and manage your unit online, which is excellent. In all, I was very happy with my experience and recommend it to others!

When I reserved a storage unit in Burlington, N.C., the Man that assisted me was John. He was very helpful, very kind, and very accomodating. I have had many storage buildings in the past but Cube Smart has been the best thus far. I really appreciate the professionalism that I have recieved.
