CubeSmart Self Storage

Neshawn at Store 0526 provided us with excellent customer service. There was an issue with our car cover and she went the extra mile to help us rectify the situation and keep us informed. When the new cover came she insured it was put on the car. This was extremely helpful as we are out of state and without her help I don't know what we would have done! I would recommend this Cube Smart to anyone needing a storage facility.

I was so impressed with CubeSmart for servicing all of our needs. If you work with Nashawn, you will feel comfortable and enjoy the service provided. She was truly a blessing. The units are affordable, clean, and there are a variety of unit sizes to fit your needs. CubeSmart was just what we needed to keep our new home organized and clutter free!

Very very friendly staff member working when we arrived, she was accommodating, and even provided nice cold water while we loaded the cube with heavy stuff in the sun. When we arrived we realized the container was too small, but she was able to double the size for us with different cube that was available (just barely though, the students took a lot of options for the summer).

My experience at CubeSmart on Harden St. was all-round wonderful. Reserving a unit was a snap online, and when I had to change my original appointment date, they rescheduled without saying a negative word. Aisha in particular was fantastic to interact with. She answered all of my questions (including specifics about fees and insurance) directly and cheerfully. At the facility, everything went smoothly. When I had made my original reservation, there was a 10% discount on the first month, but by the time I made it to the facility some weeks later, there was a new 50% off of the first month promotion going on...and Aisha happily gave me the 50% off even though I had signed up for only 10% off! The unit itself was more spacious than I was expecting it to be. It was clean and easy to access. Everything really went very well. Thanks again, CubeSmart!

I reserved a unit online and the email confirmation said that I would only have to pay the administration fee of $24. The lady from CubeSmart called me the following morning to confirm my reservation at also confirmed the $24 payment due at the time. When I arrive to CubeSmart I was told I had to pay the $24 administration fee plus the storage unit amount plus the insurance... Not cool
