Amazing husband and wife team running this location. Very helpful and great listeners. They care about the cleanliness of the area and are knowledgeable about the storage industry.

I think Cardinal Self Storage needs to have some customer service training. I called this location and the south Durham location earlier just to inquire about renting a unit and using the truck, both people seemed bothered by my call.  I went with another facility.
