Extra Space Storage

This review is intended for any potential clients and also the exceptional staff that operates this wonderful facility. The storage unit, hallways, secure entrance doors and everything pertaining to the extra storage building on Capitol Blvd in Raleigh NC is first class. The staff consists of Ray who is a great, sincere representative and Russell who is the manager are the nicest and have the highest work ethic of just about any business I have had dealings with in years. It's a breath of fresh air. Kudos to the extra space facility on Capitol Blvd.

Awesome customer service! I was able to reserve my storage space online at Extra Space Storage without a credit card and go in person to pay and sign my lease agreement. Ray, the customer service agent, was extremely helpful, efficient, and courteous. I was showed the space prior to paying for it to make sure it would meet my needs. The storage facility was very clean and neat. The agent explained the lease agreement in detail to me and answered all my questions. This was the best customer service experience I had in a long time!!!

So far, I am thrilled with the experience of working with this team! I reserved online and came into the office for a stress free sign up process! The space is clean and organized, and I feel secure leaving our household items here. Russell was so helpful!

I was absolutely amazed and satisfied with Russell’s kindness and his professionalism. He took the time to show me the rental unit and he explained in detail everything that I needed to do. He was very welcoming and accommodating. :-)

Rae is very helpful and nice! Explained everything very well and made this pleasant! Facility is very clean and units are reasonably priced, especially with the first month half off deal.
