This location has two very bright young ladies named Nikki and Rita. Every time I walk in the office, I'm greeted by them both, and sometimes one or the other, but no matter who's in the office or on the property, they have a smile on their face. I don't know about anyone else, but seeing them smile makes it easier to approach, not that that has ever been a problem, and the conversation is always warm and friendly.
Rita was awesome. She figured out what size unit I needed, got me covered in case something happens to my office equipment, and made sure to go the extra mile by ensuring it was safe and secured. I definitely loved the customer service I received and she deserves a lot of credit for making that a nice to place to visit.
This storage location is perfect! Great area and a wonderful staff! The two women working on today are normally here and give great service. Not to mention the price point of the units are excellent! I look forward to referring this place!
Amazing staff. Nikki and Rita were so helpful and even brought us water while we were moving in the heat. Very clean and secure location. Would definitely recommend to anyone 100%. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Literally cannot recommend to anyone. Promised “first month free”, never happened. Within a few months they hiked my rent on a closer size unit from 30 something to 50 with no explanation and less than a month notice. The people who work there are hit or miss ~ one guy was really nice and helpful but the girl I got the last three times I talked to the office was rude and clearly didn’t give a flying flip. Underwhelmed by the whole situation.
After arriving, Nikki B took me to a golf cart and showed 3 rentals o could choose from. Went into the office and I reanted 10x10 unit. Nikki was very informative about sizes and pricing. . I will say she's a good Mgr to have on uiur
Nikki has an amazing character and she’s wonderful at her job! I needed a storage unit in a pinch and she set me right up! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Extra Space
Nikki was amazing, she explained everything to me, and answered any questions i had. The facility was clean, buildings secure, and prices were reasonable on all their options
Great location, didn't have the size available that I was looking for but the young lady Nikki in the office was very nice. She offered to look at other locations, but I really would like this location. When the size becomes available, I will be renting at this location.
