Extra Space Storage

Great customer service! The awesome short lady at the office I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions, as well as helping me figure out bill inquiries I had about something I thought that ended up being a mix up and she cleared it up for me ASAP. Wish I could give it 6 stars

The customer service at this location is EXCELLENT!!!! They took their time to show me available spaces and are very knowledgeable about their facility. I feel as though my storage is in great hands and highly recommend this location.

Getting through to a person is beyond frustrating. And the auto voice thingy just keeps telling you how much you owe. Ugh. I dont even know if I put my stuff in the right storage room and I can't get a hold of anyone.

Sheila was very pleasant to work with and more than happy to show me the unit even though it was chilly out.

I had to move recently and they were able to store the furniture I couldn't fit in my apartment and they're prices were very reasonable, they're staff even helped me pick out a good sized unit for all I needed to store, definitely recommend!
