Extra Space Storage

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and the process was very easy. Josh the manager and Kevin are a great asset to the company. They answer all my questions and ensure that all my requests are fulfilled. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a storage unit. Overall great experience :

Received great service from Tor Francis! Got me setup with a good size unit for my things, told me about transferring to a bigger size if needed. Told me about all the fine details. My only gripe is that my information was not saved in the system from my first visit. He quickly fixed that.

All of the workers are good people. Tiara has helped me today she is so sweet. I really like Extra Space Storage have been here for 3 years.

I loved it here. Tiara was great! I enjoyed the carts which made it more simple to get my things to my unit. Tiara was so helpful and gave me a lot of information and talked me through how a storage unit works. I appreciated her kindness and my experience.

My entire experience with extra storage space has been great! Their online site is very easy to use and I was able to rent a unit from them with 0 effort! Great customer service as well in person and over the phone!

Extra Space was there for me on a Sunday when I needed to leave my residence in an emergency. I also needed the space right way as I had commitments that day. Everything worked out well and the staffperson that helped me was prompt and very professional. Thank you again.
