U-Haul Moving & Storage of Allegheny West

Uhaul truck provided had a huge gash in the tire which flattened after only a few hours. Almost caused an accident. Absolutely unacceptable I will never rent from this location again.

if i could give this place negative stars, i would!!!!!!! absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! did a moving job for a client and her storage unit had a pipe leak into it and it smelled like stale urine!!!!!!!! trash was everywhere, i wouldn't store dirty, used diapers in that place!!!!!!!

Despite scheduling a U-Haul pickup in south Philly months in advance, we were sent to this location which was 40 minutes away. They also did not have the equipment we rented. This will be my last time using u-haul to move.

Terrible experience with this location. Brandon Donovan the so called "manager" is condescending and rude, yes he is white. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under him. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP
