African-American manager with rude to me last night 3/3/24 he need to be fired. Will not STOP again.

This shell is incredibly racist. I lost my ID on vacation and was given a temporary one by DPS. the manager made me show him a picture of my old ID WITH MY BIRTHDAY the printout of the temporary ID WITH MY BIRTHDAY ON IT and a credit card which confirmed my name and still refused to sell to me. I then paid for my gas only for it to not work. I had to go back into the shell THREE TIMES to get them to turn the gas on that I paid for. I had all proof of ID and he purposely did not sell to me. He also insulted my skin tone and called me stupid a bunch of times for no reason. This is not a good Shell to go to

To the pregnant woman working the counter with her entire belly hanging out: I get pregnancy is hard and life is, from the looks of it, beating you up… you didn’t need to be so rude when politely, and with a smile, asking you if the lane was open because the other worker who I didn’t realize was a worker was standing there… her response was only “I mean there’s no closed sign”…. Ms. Girl, no one picked a gas station attendant position other than you. This store has a SERIOUS issue with staffing. I don’t need the gas station help to be smiling ear to ear, but to not be blatantly rude would be great. I’d love to pay at the pump with my apple pay but it tells me to come inside every time. Good luck with the baby though.

A Great store! Gas & food one atop shop.

Hours posted as 24 hrs... I come before midnight, all pumps are off... A gas station with no gas is kinda pointless...

It’s 12pm why is there a line of 20 people and the cashier is in the back stocking?

States open 24 hrs but on 12/21/22 they were closed at 12:25am. The homeless looking man behind the register had the doors locked and shook his head No. False advertisement!

Be careful there's always unstable homeless hanging around outside. The clerk is usually on the phone so it slows up inside service. Today she through my cash at me from my winning lottery ticket. High traffic but lots of sketchy people inside and outside. Watch your back always. Rude clerk.

I drive a lot and this is one of my favorite stops. They are well staffed so although it may busy it moves. Gas prices are not something to drive across town for but they are comparable to most in the area.

Amazing Owner who is into customer satisfaction, But keep your head on a swivel. Don't ingage with strangers here. Lock your doors and don't give out money to anyone! if people would stop doing this, then it would be a safer place. Peace Head Hippie H-Town
