I was able to make a same day appointment via Zocdoc for my hubby and when I went I asked if they had any availability for me to be seen and they did. They were super clean, wore masks and really knew what they were doing. I totally recommend.

Extremely friendly staff. Every step of exam was explained. Dr. Tsao was friendly and reviewed all findings. I only needed reading glasses and were not pushy trying to sell me any. I was able to walk, but they do validate garage parking which is great for Midtown. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Eye Theory Midtown. The doctor and staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The staff spent at least twenty minutes teaching me how to use contacts for the first time. I really appreciated all of their time and assistance.

I love this place! This year was my second time going for my eye exam, contacts and glasses! They are so friendly and they explain everything to you. They make sure you are taken care of and the staff is amazing!! Super friendly and professional! I definitely recommend them!!
