I was a little hesitant when my prior provider moved over here, but so glad I made an appointment! Dr. Jenkins really took her time with me even though I was the last appointment of the day, I never felt rushed. When I went back yesterday to pick my glasses, Mel was so so sooooo amazing and really gave me 5 star treatment. I normally feel pressure to pick a pair, but they really personalized the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Very courteous, efficient and professional. They made the experience easy, even with the added precautions for the corona virus. I definitely will be returning when it's time for an eye exam.

Yvonne & the staff are top notch.....! The exams were thorough and the technicians were kind and supportive in helping pick out the glasses needed to fit my vision needs. We chose the Zeiss progressive lenses w/ the transitions eye protection. Give them a try....

I had such a great experience here today! Mel and Dr. Jenkins were so kind, and attentive to my concerns and needs. They both went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. Such amazing service here!

My wife and I went there today and the woman that "answered the locked door" wanted us to have a discussion on the pavement instead of asking us to come inside. She stated that covid was still a threat to peoples safety December 2, 2022 so they needed to have all initial discussions on the pavement. Hearing that, I closed the door and walked away. I am certainly NOT dealing with this type of neurotic behaviour. DO NOT VISIT THESE NUTJOBS IF YOU EXPECT ANY TYPE OF NORMALCY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Awesome experience! The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! Great selection of frames and sunglasses. The entire process was seamless and efficient!

Clean, chic office space. Prompt staff, quick but also thorough. Doctor doesn’t push extra services and is helpful with all questions.

Dr. Jenkins’s one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have met. She treated my mother most tenderly and now I am a patient as well as my son. She takes her time answering questions and explaining everything I need to know about eye care, including various vitamins and food for eye health! Her staff is wonderful as well . They go above and beyond to help clarify my insurance benefits. I recommend Dr. J and her office highly. It is a whole different experience in eye care and in customer treatment, it will be an eye-opener for you.

Updated review: My mistake. I found my prescription in my spam folder. They are a very good eye center & I will continue working with them. They did a good job, but, I can not get my contact prescription from them so I can re-order my contacts. I have called & emailed several times.

Dr. Jenkins is an expert at what she does! She prescribes the best contacts and at the perfect prescription for my near-sightedness and far-sightedness. She also took amazing care of my son when he had severe conjunctivitis. His eyes got much better in just just days! I love Dr. Jenkin’s beautiful new office, professional staff, along with her wonderful personality!
