My first eye exam in about 3 years and the whole staff did exactly what needed to be done. Dr. Moore was exceptional-from her knowledge to her patience. Her “bedside manner” is very professional but soothing. Sandy did a great job of offering all of the promotions and getting me the best pricing with my insurance. She took time to thoroughly explain all the small details and answered all of my inquiries professionally and clearly. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Best eye doctor experience I’ve had in my life, literally!

My wife and I had a great experience here. My wife needed to adjust her glasses, and since they were old, the glasses broke. Sandy took excellent care of us by helping us pick another pair for her. She had a great personality and was very upbeat throughout the process. We thank her for all her help. I highly recommend this place.

Came in for a eye exam for the first time in almost 5 years, and i can truly say this place is great. The check in was very easy and smooth not a lot of unnecessary paperwork. They had already pull my insurance i didn’t even know i had insurance. The front desk ladies were wonderful and answered all my questions about copayments prior to my appointment. The front desk lady with the longs beautiful nails is so sweet. The exam was great the dr really knows her stuff plus I’m glad they don’t do the puff machine. I ended up getting some glasses fully covered with my vision insurance. Great place and i will definitely be returning next year. Wonderful experience with this location.

I had an appointment today just to check my eyes and it was the best experience! Sanethia took such good care to be sure I would love my glasses and be comfortable in them! She is the kindest and truly cares about the customers opinion and liking! She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me with ease. Thank you to all.

Went to the midtown location and it was an absolute pleasure. The doctor took her time to explain everything to me and Sandy, the eyewear consultant, was so helpful giving me the most stylish frames for my face. She was patient with the many frames I tried on and ultimately helped me find the best pair. I would highly recommend going to the Atlanta midtown location for excellent customer service!

Mr Scam Dr. I scheduled my yearly eye exam, which is covered by my insurance benefit, after my exam I was asked to pay $44 because they took some photos, which was not covered by my insurance. As an honest business they should have provided me with accurate cost breakdown before going into the exam. This is a bad practice; I will try to report them to government for scamming people into services they didn't request and performing them without due consent. My bill says: Comprehensive Exam - $0 Refraction - $0 Screening Photos only - $44 made up upcharge I am sure legally they can prove benefit of this screening photo, but they should inform customer before performing a service... I paid this time, but I will never visit this place again.

Dr.Moore was exceptional. Her customer service and knowledge on my situation was incredible. Sandi was also excellent in assisting me with finding the right pair of glasses. Would highly recommend them both!

Adrian Mitchell was amazing. The day after Christmas, I came in and one of the temples on my Burberry glasses looked as if it had gotten chewed on by a dog. I couldn’t even wear them as they cut into my head. Adrian was a fantastic help and swapped out the end plastic portion of them for me. He even got me a different color that looked better than the original ones! Go see Adrian, he’s the best!

Adrian was quick to resolve our issues with the fit of my glasses and the problem with my husband’s lenses popping out. 01/09/23

When I went in for my contacts class, they made me wait 30 minutes after appointment which isn't that bad but not great. I put on the contacts, and then had to take them out. The nurse pulled out my contact solution and contact case and had me place the discarded contacts in the solution. She had me put them back in. My eyes immediately started burning and stinging. She encouraged me to wait and then keep trying and that my eyes were just irritated. The doctor even saw how irritated my eyes were. I finally got them it. Turns out, the solution was not made for direct contact with my eyes and literally had a warning label on it saying just that. It also had a red cap on it meaning don't put directly in eyes. I didn't know this until I got home. I ended up with lacerations in my eye and I might need to go to another doctor.
