My day started out not so well as the lift driver driver decided to take a long route non highway and made me arrive late. I called ahead and was was very happy they gave me time too get there and be seen Upon arrival my day, elevated as the front desk staff proceeded to help me with my intake and get me in with the doctors and the staff Medical team . I was very happy the entire team of medical professionals were just that, professional but kind understanding and work diligently to get my situation taken care of. they were professional kind and Patient. Although I was pretty happy they had to face the issue of the Computer system as in each department I entered the computer was extremely slow and affected there ability to to get There job done done correctly and in good time. So all in all with me it was truly a great experience as I had experience in the past when I visited befo thank you to all of you and kudos you're a great Company with great people!

It’s rare to find an incredibly qualified, personable, quality doctor along with an amazing staff experience no matter where you go with GA Eye Partners. I’m so impressed with everyone. And after having sight impairment severe nearsightedness and astigmatism nearly all my life, Dr Schoenberg gave me 20/15 vision with my cataract surgery! He’s a miracle doctor! Well the weather was bad outside but I able to arrive on time. I was greeted with a smile and treated with warmth and kindness inspire of the weather conditions here in Atlanta. After I checked in and sat probably about ten minutes before being called and escorted to the exam room. My Tech first name begins with the letterFwas very professional explaining everything he did, very patience , because I had to gather my nerves when it came time for eye drops not use to putting anything in my eyes. Just a very pleasant individual. When my doctor came in everything once again was just pleasant. And then even at checkout that to was pleasant. KUDOS TO GEORGIA EYE PARTNERS. Continue to do what you do with a . Totally enjoyed my visit.

I had a very good experience at Georgia Eye Partners. It had been two years since I last visited the practice so I was basically starting from scratch as a new patient. My encounter with Dr. Lynskey was very positive. She went over my examination results and what they meant and gave very thorough explanations and information. She also explained a vision issue I have had virtually all my life but could not articulate or explain previously a blind spot in one eye. Once that was described to me, it finally made sense about what is going on with the vision in that eye. I shouldn’t have had a two year lapse from having a thorough eye examination, but at least now I have a better understanding of what is going on with my eyes and how to proceed going forward.

I thought my doctor and the technician were very thorough and exceptional. I really enjoyed the care and communication along the way. However, the front staff is so rude and unhelpful that they make the experience unbearable. Their billing department is challenging as well. I paid my co-pay while I was there And then got a bill for the same thing. I tried to call them but getting someone on the phone is extremely difficult. I left a message. And no call back. I called the second time and was assured the person would call me because she always return her calls and it’s been over a month and I have not heard from her. The amount of time I have spent correcting a $15 charge is ridiculous. I am changing providers. I can no longer tolerate the incompetence and administrative staff’s rudeness.

Great staff and doctors/ long wait times/ canceled appointments, total disregard for patients. They are a for profit business that happens to be in the business of medicine/ that is poor customer service/ I guess since they are specialist you take it or leave it! 1 hour wait so far & 0 information on wait times/ when i ask was told appointment wait times can be 2/3 hrs so pay for the full days parking. For me it’s all about customer service/ bill is always on time.

Everyone was so nice - receptionist, techs and physician. I was very comforted by everyone’s expertise. Dr. Garza took time to explain my exam findings and made sure that i understood. I never felt rushed. It was an excellent first experience.

Appointment time respected; friendly front desk staff; very thorough & efficient medical staff; verified opinions, results, with additional staff; explained corrective options clearly including cost ; All required info to proceed, including medication, etc. was efficiently provided and explained. Feel very confident that I am in very good hands for my upcoming surgery.

Unfortunately I didn’t even got through the person who answered the phone. It’s very sad that now they have to hire people like Miranda answering the phones. They are the face of the clinic. I called to make an appointment and she was mad because I don’t call to say the same exact words she wanted me to say I felt discriminated because English is not my first language, she was screaming in the phone, didn’t let me talk to explain the reason why I was calling looking for an ophthalmologist. I could not keep talking on top of her and hang up. It’s sad I have to go look for another place because of the kind of people they put for customer services.

The wait time was considerably less than in the northside office. I met my new doctor, Dr. Garza, who I like, and trust immediately. Even the front desk staff has completely awesome.
