This was my first time at an eyeglass world and Victoria made it incredibly easy and she was extremely nice. Will definitely be coming here from now on to get my glasses
Awesome experience. Came in to get my frames tightened and they did it in no time. They didn’t charge me! Staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. My frames were pretty messed up and they fixed them perfectly. Will definitely be back to purchase my next glasses here.
Not so great when it comes to courtesy call back regarding follow up on availability of sunglass to be pick up. Poor customer service!
Been waiting since beginning of the month for just a basic frame an lense set told 7-10. 21 days later still waiting get the phone run around. Great company but a horrible store doesn't represent the brand well.
