The manager is very knowledgeable about what my insurance company would cover. The selection was good enough for my tastes and I was contacted via a phone call when the glasses were ready to pick up.

Truly a horrible place. They are rud and prices are over the roof. Every time I get glasses done at Goveneur Hospital location I always say to myself this is the last time. The lady manager who is the worst that I have dealt with in that location was bitter and miserable. She did not want to work with me from the moment I walked in. Hate to give bad reviews , but this establishment deserves it!!! NO MORE TODAY WAS MY LIMIT, WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
