F. Jones Corner

Frank Jones Corner is a long lived pub/tavern/blues bar in downtown Jackson in the historic Farish Street District. The district mainly Farish street is steeped in history that has long been promised a remodel to the standards of say Beale or Bourbon Street. Though there are some great eating places in the area if you're not a local you must first steele yourself to remember and understand things are far better than they look in the area. Though some of the places may look like a time capsuled run down hole in the wall, most of the places honestly have great food. Some of them have even been visited by many famous people like presidents actors and musicians. Speaking of music franks has a lot of good music moreso suited for the blue and jazz crowd but has some decent food also.

Never a bad experience in this place. Even when the band is bad the atmosphere just keeps ke happy.

Nice place to hangout and listen to live music. There is a cover but it's worth it.
