10/10 would recommend. I have been coming to F45 Kahala for almost a year now and it has been one of the greatest decision I have made for my physical and mental health. If you are anything like me and have no idea where to start on your fitness journey, join a group workout. Thanks to a friend, I was introduced to this amazing community at F45 kahala. The coaches are super helpful and nice. They have great music and energy. There are a lot of long time members who are always encouraging and helpful. They offer a free one week trial. Definitely would recommend to take advantage of that! Thanks to this community, I have made some long lasting friendships.
I’ve been coming for a year now and never again will I do a “regular” gym. If you want to be challenged in a fun, safe, team environment. F45 Kahala is THEE place! Coaches Violet, G and Zane are my favs. Do it!

I’ve been a cardio junkie for as long as I can remember. But I started noticing more noticeable results once I started incorporating strength training into my workout regimen. I love working out, I could spend 2-3 hours in the gym. Over the years, becoming a mommy and juggling work and kids, time management was key, and I needed for find a more efficient way of working out. F45 Kahala provides me the best of both worlds strength training and HIIT cardio in only 45 minutes. Not only can I get an efficient workout, but I love the coaches, who are always watching and correcting my form, and really getting to know me and my strengths and weaknesses. They know how to help me modify when needed, and when to push me to excel. Lastly, nothing can beat the community that has been built in the studio. It’s not just a gym, but also family.
I’ve done tons of different workout type classes. I’ve tried aerobic types, pole fitness, yoga, Pilates, barre, aerial hoop, TRX and weight lifting. I really wanted to try something exciting and challenging. F45 has different workouts throughout the week that challenges you physically and mentally !! I love that the coaches are super welcoming, helpful and inspiring. You don’t need experience in exercising since they go over the different workouts and will correct your form. The classes are 45 minutes Functional 45 minutes which is great since I have a baby at home and free time is scarce. Definite recommend people try it out !
F45 is one of the most challenging workouts I’ve ever done. Each week they come up with new workouts that push your cardio abilities, and weight training modules to build muscle. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your looking to get results and meet your fitness goals, I’d highly recommend F45.
I've tried different workouts on Oahu and F45 Training Kahala is my absolute favorite way to workout. The music is energizing, coaches are hype, the area is clean and neat. Its a very effective way to workout. I love how the workouts are set and done in 45 minutes. And....I don't have to rack any weights or put away anything. Love it!!!!
Great work out! It's a quick 45-minute work out that is challenging and fun once your body gets used to the flow. The intensity is a step lower than cross fit, which is perfect for me. I really love it when the coaches instruct on proper form and push you to your limit. It's a great competitive environment- highly recommend for anyone interested in conditioning.
I waited too long before trying my first work out at F45. But I’m so glad I finally signed up. Coaches are encouraging and helpful. Members are friendly and positive. It’s truly a community of positive energy and it opened me up to work outs I would’ve never tried or been able to do on my own. The app also makes it really easy to check their schedule and sign up for classes.
