These workouts are amazing!- fun and challenging-the trainers are GREAT- they coach you through the exercises with good form. If you have hit a plateau, are bored with your normal exercise routine-this is the workout for you!!!
Absolutely love coming! The workouts and the trainers are super motivating and amazing. It also is great to have TVs displayed of what motion you’re doing at each station as well as the trainers coming around to correct you too. Thank you F45 Brookfield, it’s been great and I have honestly never felt better!!
Been a member since they opened and F45 has changed my entire view on fitness and what I can achieve! The trainers are amazing and so supportive, and the entire community there is so positive and great!! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re late to the best thing in town!
