Best gym in the area by far. Ran by a great owner who’s very personable, the rest of the staff is very friendly. All of the people who work out here are cool too, never had any problems here. Tons of equipment, they have everything you’d need for serious weight lifting and body building.

Easily one of the best gyms ive been a member of. Super clean, professional and courteous staff, plenty of parking, plenty of machines and free weights, and members are encouraging and positive. Great place to work on yourself physically and mentally.

Best gym in the Danbury area and probably the whole state of CT. If you're looking for a more hardcore gym to better yourself than the big box gyms, this is the place for you.
