FA Boxing | Fitness Advantage

The best place to train! Seriously this gym has changed the way I workout and how I look. I started when I was trying to add strength training to my routine and I fell in love with the boxing conditioning classes and the personal training sessions. The instructors are knowledgeable, very professional and caring. I love the "boutique" style where you feel part of a family, that makes my workouts fun and I look forward to coming back the next day.

Fitness Advantage is an amazing boxing gym that helps you get an all around workout! I have been going to FA for 5 years and it has kept me motivated daily, excited about working out and has made me push myself as an athlete in a way that I haven't done in a long time. It is a great small gym with dedicated and friendly trainers that want to see you reach your goals no matter what they are!

I love FA! The workouts are great and varied so you never get bored - or know what challenge might be coming at you! The instructors challenge and motivate you, and it's a nice, clean gym. I highly recommend it!

Fitness Advantage, AKA "FA Boxing", has literally been life changing for me. I started out with an Obstacle Course Training class in March of 2015. That June, I started taking boxing conditioning classes and by December, had thrown my name in for the cancer fundraising event "Haymaker's for Hope". I fought in May 2016 (and won!) and have continued working out at FA doing boxing classes, taking 1:1's, running OCR's with the team and working out on my own. The community is amazing... I can honestly say I love everyone there. The owner Kathy is super knowledgable and the other boxing coaches/trainers -- Sione (my boxing coach), Dan and Amy (my sparring partner) are just as unbelievable and wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough or say enough good things. The 1-hour class workouts burn anywhere from 400-800 calories an hour, depending on how hard you work. The 1:1's are very challenging and your body WILL transform over time! I am a completely different person than when I walked in the door almost 2 years ago. I love it there!
