fab'rik Boutique - Buckhead

This review is specifically to acknowledge the assistant manager for her customer service. I had a refund issue with the store and she took ownership of the situation and resolved it for me. We spoke several times and she was always super professional, sweet and empathetic.

Great selection of clothes and the staff were super friendly. I loved they were knowledgeable about the clothes and helpful in suggesting outfits.

Today, my daughters and I walked in and was not greeted nor assisted by the two workers. Three separate additional customers walked in and immediately were greeted by both of the workers. They offered each of them individually assistance and ignoreed us. One of my daughters was holding items to try on and had to ask for assistance. One of the workers pointed and told her the dressing room is behind you. Clearly we were racially discriminated against!!! The only three Black people in the store! I made sure to inform both of them if the blatant disrespect and racism!!! Never will I spend money here!!

Racist. What I just experienced today was beyond offensive. My family and I came here around 6pm today and when we walked in we were basically ignored by the 2 associates working... initially it just seemed as though they were just being absorbed in their own conversations..however over the next few minutes we witnessed 3 separate guest enter the store..the associates happily greeted them..and asked if they could assist them...the ladies working NEVER asked if we needed any help or even approached us. The associate cheerfully OFFERED to start a dressing room for the blonde lady and continuously checked on her needs...I was completely ignored...I waited and not ONCE did either of the associates make an attempt to engage my family and I. I wanted to try on something and when I asked the sales associate she threw her hands up and said "you can just go to that one behind you"....I went in almost in tears as I was basically being treated like trash...even once I exited the fitting room, neither of the associates asked whether I needed any help or if the item fit...or anything at all.. this is absolutely DISGUSTING and APPALLING. It is quite clear that my brown- black family and I were not welcomed or appreciated here. I have shopped Fabrik for YEARS at several locations and this had to be the most hurtful degrading experience. We literally watched the two women working laugh, giggle, and help all of the white patrons in the store..greet them..and treat us like trash...once we decided to just leave...we walked all the way to the door and was again completely disregarded. I hope this place goes out of business, no one deserves to be subjected to racism like we experienced at Fabrik.

I have purchased many items from Fabrik over the years at locations throughout the city. My experience has been pleasant up until today. I walked into the store was not greeted by ANYONE! Literally 5 seconds later another costumer walks in, is greeted and asked if she needed help. I am beyond upset about this situation!

My gf was shopping, but the workers were very friendly ! They had a sitting area which also had a coloring book for kids I colored the lady offered me a water while my gf was trying on clothes. The same person also brought clothes in suggestion for my gf clothing style.

Always helpful and walking in is like getting a personal shopping experience. Great boutique to shop in. New shipments every week so you should always have new items to choose from.

Great customer service! The boutique went above and beyond to help me with my wardrobe my husband bought me for Christmas. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Love this Fab'rik! Everyone is so friendly and always helpful. They also do a great job of sending you information about new items! Love this store!
