Zara

Never been in store always shopped online but my first experience walking into the Lenox mall location was amazing. The staff was so wonderful and attentive even when they were obviously busy they stopped and took the time to answer my questions and guide me and did not rush me. It had a great selection as well. The lines are long but they move fast but long lines are to be expected in any popular store. Definitely will be my go to Zara store. Thanks so much to the awesome staff. Great Customer Service

The worst customer service possible I will make sure to call corporate after a young man literally told me that he couldn’t make me a price tag on an item that I purchased. I asked nicely if I was going to have any issues if I were to try to return it and he was literally kicking me out and said he didn’t know the price .. even saying that his computer was glitching that he couldn’t do anything about it .Then I proceeded to ask him his name and he said I can’t tell you that information.So how are you gonna charge me for something you state you don’t know the price and you work at Zara you should be able to give your name out especially if you are giving the worst customer service possible! I will never shop at this Zara again.

Great store for variety of people. Lines will always make you put down the one expensive product you can find anywhere else for a cheaper price, because they're so long. Staff is horrible in every aspect, highly unmotivated, rude, and overall useless. Kids section is a parents worse nightmare.

Let me start by saying these 5 stars are for employees KC and RELL, their customers service was excellent very helpful. Although the were busy they were very attentive and patient to myself and other customers. I really hope management see this post as I also told in store but is very important they are acknowledged because I was very surprised about the service I received reading reviews. Thank you so much Kc and Rell for a great store experience

Coming to this store has become such a inconvenience in 2021. You have to make a long line to enter the store and then once inside a longer one to pay for the items. I started shopping online to avoid this.. but coming back to return an item doesn’t save you the bad shopping experience anyway. Not worth it.

This is the most disorganized Zara I have ever been to! It might as well have been a Forever 21 with how things were just thrown around. The staff was unfriendly as well when asked for assistance. Do yourself a favor and go to the location at Perimeter Mall, you’ll have a much better and elevated experience!!!

I was looking for a jacket that was available at Perimeter and Lenox per the website. I went to Perimeter and the jacket wasn't there....and the employees were very nasty and rude. I took the chance and went to Lenox and it wasn't there. An associate named Nautica helped me and went into the stock room, searched for the jacket and brought it out to me. She was wonderful!!!!! She was extremely nice and helpful and due to her going the extra mile, I got my jacket!

Love everything about it. The clothes are amazing and the kids section also! The costumer service is alright. But overall good place to shop

Selena is amazing! She helped me find my size in pieces that I loved! So sweet and attentive- hope to see her the next time hubby takes me shopping!

I reserved fitting room thru the Zara app and I was refused to use it because during sales period the fitting reservation is not allow. I felt that was not true and purposely did not allow me to use my reservation.
