Fabienne Rottenberg, DPM

Dr. Fabienne Rottenburg is a wonderful Podiatrist, a true professional that is very caring and most attentive when I have the pleasure of seeing her during my numerous visits. She is always consistent with the effort she makes for me and keeps me feeling most welcome. Her staff is wonderful as well and and the office is very clean and modern which is another treat.

Three months ago I came in to see Dr. Rottenberg after experiencing nerve pain in my right foot. The doctor thoroughly examined the foot and sent me for X-rays that showed the progression of my bunion and resulting pain it was causing. After walking me through treatment options, I chose to proceed with bunion surgery and a correction of the foot alignment. Within a month I was back to walking in sneakers and pain free. The follow up care provided by Dr. Rottenberg and her team, including regular check ins, was beyond my expectations. Two months later my foot is nearly completely healed and without pain.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Rottenberg for over 20 years. Dr. Rottenberg has consistently provided us with excellent care and attention. We never feel rushed and everything is always explained to us clearly. Most importantly, our feet are in good condition thanks to Dr. Rottenberg.

Dr Rottenberg and Maritza are fantastic. Dr Rottenberg is thorough, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I was quite nervous for my first surgery and she took great care to make me feel comfortable and prepared. Maritza must be the most organized person in Manhattan - she was completely on top of every rule, form and requirement and went above and beyond to help me figure out confusing insurance policies. I could not recommend their office more! Updating my review to say I had my second foot surgery by Dr Rottenberg and am so pleased with the results of both. Her skill as a surgeon, post-op guidance and follow-up care are better than any doctor I've experienced in the city. I will continue to recommend her office to anyone in need of a podiatrist.

5 stars does not even adequately express my feelings of gratitude for Dr. Rottenberg and the beyond lovely Maritza. I first started seeing Dr. Rottenberg in 2018 after experiencing foot pain and have recently revisited her office due to a severe ankle sprain. Dr. Rottenberg and Maritza have handled both of my concerns with careful attention and compassion. Both Dr. Rottenberg and Maritza are willing to try alternative medicine treatments before jumping towards medication and they both prioritize every concern, no matter how small. They have introduced me to incredibly helpful treatments and pain management exercises, all while maintaining a bedside manner that well exceeds expectations. Highly, highly recommend.

I am a professional dancer so it was very important that my foot surgery went well. I sought a second opinion before scheduling my surgery, and the other foot surgeon also thought highly of Dr Rottenberg. She and her staff were extremely attentive throughout my process. The surgery was done at a nice surgery center. I had 2 days of pain that Tylenol helped right after the surgery. Then, I was fairly pain free and had a month in a walking boot. The surgery was successful and the bone is in place. I performed 6 weeks later. The toe lacks some strength and flexibility now, but should be 100% in a couple of months.

I can't say enough about this doctor: she is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and experienced. The office environment is relaxed, friendly and efficient. Dr. Rottenberg takes all the time you need to listen and answer all your questions; and her treatment is right on!

Dr. Rottenberg is terrific! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and caring. A wound on my foot from an unusual accident became infected and was very painful. Dr. Rottenberg devised a course of care that healed the wound and enabled me to walk without pain again. Her positive encouragement gave me confidence that all would be well. I highly recommend Dr. Rottenberg. I can’t thank her enough for her wonderful care.

I was most forfunate to have been referred to Dr. Rottenberg for a stress fracture in my left foot. She was absolutely professional and empathetic and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend her to anyone needing foot care.
