Hopefully, the plan to build new housing on this property will go through very soon. If not, it would be nice if they spent a few bucks to freshen the place up, inside and out. Some apartments are renovated and others are neglected. The washing machines do not wash well, nor do they spin well. They need to be replaced. My rusted and broken clothes line fell down the other day and will not be replaced. Old is fine, as long as things are well maintained. Paint; inside and out. The location is great and it is very quiet here, and virtually litter, dog poop and cigarette but- free.
