New Haven Housing Authority

Good luck with trying to reach anybody down here be it via phone or email. Nobody knows anything and if you're waiting for a place to live just try elsewhere unless you're domestic violence or lci supposedly. Been waiting for over 10 years now and been " ready to interview" for 3 of those 10 years. Don't even bother calling their Hartford office either because Edwin Martinez lied to me on the phone about empties that were available. Tried to reach Karen Dubois- Walton also just to be rerouted to others to speak to an answering machine.

I've called down there 7 times in the last 3 weeks. Never got a response. Then I am told that my tenant has been moved to a new case worker (which I was unaware of). I tried to contact this new person, but their name is not listed on the phone system. This department is the WORST!!!
