They are the biggest slum lords I have ever had...my apartment is freezing cold, they put a lock on my thermometer so I cant turn up the heat... I have a hole in my bathroom floor, my windows are all broke...I keep telling them nothing happens. I dont even think I should be sayin this cause I will probably get put out. They dont care about trying to help the tenants to find work or have programs available to help them do better with money management. We are all here for a reason...
