Parts Room Dad Service I was in this Morning was a Gentleman in front of me talking about some oil he wanted to buy but wad the wrong kind of oil they didn't have his oil. But the guy who was working this Morning at the Counter was Ignoring Me Completely when in the back to put his oil back on the shelf then he started talking to someone else in the back never came back to ask me if i wanted Something I was waiting for 15 minutes till Someone else Showed Up Not Happy with the Service they Provided at All

The service dept at Mission Ford has really been a great help to me over the past 18 months. The most recent assistance happened on the night of December 22, when the weather was bitterly cold and windy. I had a flat tire and showed up at the service department, not realizing they were closed. Even though they had closed, they let me in and helped me out. That may not be much to most people, but it meant the world to me, bc the next morning I had a funeral to attend, and of course, it was the start of the holiday weekend. Thank you Mission Ford Service Dept, you have never let me down!

The car I had originally wanted was not available online, and I had planned to go to a different dealership. However, Mary called me and reassured me that they would find me something similar, and would work with me on the price. They not only came down on the price, but they also gave me above the KBB cash offer! They truly worked their hardest to find me a great car, and provide me with a great experience. Mary not only catered to my wants/needs by being an amazing sales woman, but she was also up front and honest which you do not always see at a dealership. I definitely recommend heading over to Mission Ford, because they’ll take care of you especially during these hard times. Shoutout to Mary who found solutions while making sure I drove off the lot with cleanest car possible and a full tank of gas.

I felt like family going to Mission Ford. They are so helpful and went out of their way to make the deal happen. I left with a 2014 Ford focus which was the exact car that I wanted. I would recommend them to anybody that was looking for a car. Ask for Russ in used cars.
