This place is absolutely amazing. Staff and customer service, top notch. Very nice and on top of their game. Deserves more than 5 stars. My truck was repaired from a rear ending on I-94, in such a timely manner, and they also cleaned/detailed it! I know that thing was gross when I dropped it off. My car insurance directed me to this shop after I was rear-ended on I-94. Overall the experience was good, but I was disappointed with the paint job in the repair. Pros - easy to work with - able to fix frame/bumper damage - returned my car clean - good communication Cons - attention to detail pics attached, dirt under paint, paint on trim, primer on tail light, color blending is subpar - paint job seemed rush car was in shop nearly 3 weeks If picky about your paint job, I would think about looking into other shops. Otherwise the repair was good.
We needed to have body/collision work done. Excellent from start to finish. This is a very professional business, starting from the time I made a appointment until I picked up my car. The office personnel are very friendly and professional. I had my appointment with Todd, he took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and approximately when I could expect the work to be finished. We have used this business in the past for body work and we don’t hesitate to recommend this business to everyone we know.
The work was great and everyone was friendly with me. I was provided with a shuttle ride. The work was finished rather quickly. The only wait was for parts and everyone can relate to current back orders on anything electronic. As soon as the part arrived, I brought in my car and it was finished in just a couple of days. It was a repair set up through insurance, so I have no idea how much it cost.
I was very grateful that once they received the parts they got the work done in 2 days. My Nautilus looks good as new. I appreciated that Donna followed thru and was able to get me in the day after the parts arrived. Thank youServices: Body & Trim
The area they fixed looks great. We had taken a trip with our dog before dropping the truck off for repair. There was dog hair everywhere. To my surprise they had cleaned the inside of my truck for pick up.Services: Body & Trim

These ppl in the office are disgusting spirited people. The two ladies in the front are rude. Wouldn’t let me get a word out over talked me i had to keep repeating myself. One actually hung up in my face. And the man supervisor was condoning it he said he was right there and she never hung up on me she thought I hung up. But when i asked to speak to him she said his office was on the other end of the building and he wasn’t around. Simply all because I asked how long will an estimate take. They said 3-5 days or more they’re not sure. Which was not realistic for me because I’m in nursing school and need to know how many days i need a rental for. So I chose to reschedule. So then when I reached back out months later my insurance company reopened the assignment. They contacted me to set up a day on September 19 i reached back out the 27th after I was done with clinicals and lab work for nursing school. And they tell me i have one option leave the car and however long it takes is what it takes. Weeks or months. Mind you my car is drivable it’s literally only the back where the lady hit me. I asked why can’t you all get an estimate like the first time and I bring it back when you get the parts. He told me it’s no emotion involved basically saying he don’t care what I’m going through leave it or get off the property. He doesn’t have time to waste talking to me. And you think ima leave my car with your racist self. I think not. I reported them to my insurance company and they are investigating it and may be parting ways with sending progressive customers there. And he even went as far as to say how do I know you have the $1000 deductible. I may be African American honey but that doesn’t mean I’m poor. I’m well established. And I guarantee I make more money then all of you working in that office. You don’t own the building . Your a worker not the CEO lol. I’ve made $89,000 and we’re only into the 10th month of the year. Money was never the issue. The time and inconvience to my schedule was. I will never support racist Caucasian ppl. It’s 2022 we are very successful and established and smart. We make more money than some of you all. I demand my respect. And I pray that progressive drops this company. May be 5 stars and nice to their own kind of ppl but most certainly don’t like brown ppl.
I was in an accident and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to the Jack Demmer Collision Center. The process was smooth and the collision center kept me updated on my repair. The truck looked brand new when it was finished. I would highly recommend.
