Fairview Recovery Services

I've tried making 3 separate calls (all during their calling hours) and none of them were answered by anyone. I had someone tell me at the front desk I could bring my mom a hairbrush so the next day I did. I even made sure it was one with a gel grip so it wouldn't really be "weaponized" and as soon as I got there they took it away and said she couldn't have it despite what the previous nurse said. Food there is complete garbage, everything that is "meat" is gray and cold. Patients aren't allowed to make any decisions for themselves besides what they want for meals (if they submit their menu on time). The staff are mostly pathetic excuses for nurses.

I got my suboxone doc, primary care and a phenomenal therapist all in this great facility
