Spoke with Maria Yang about a typo made to my daughters date of birth only in THEIR system. She refused to correct it andfor 20 mins refused to provide a supervisor to resolve the issue. She finally put me into a "supervisor" voicemail and now 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten a call back not has the issue been resolved by the rep who I spoke with. Sucks for the reps that will have to figure out how to back pay all of the bills whenever they decide to correct it.... and sucks for customers who have to deal with reps unwilling to do their jobs, and supervisors who don't call back... wastes of payroll to say the least

I have had multiple claims all come back inconclusive or flat out no effort on there part. I am a parapelic for four years now. The group home and the hoops you have to go through is mind boggling. This whole department needs to be redone or done away with.

WORST customer service you could imagine! Rude, unhelpful and do not know what they are doing. Great job hiring complete morons to help out the citizens of MN so nothing gets done at all. Just a joke!!!!!
