Love the management. Maintenance responds quick when I put in a work order. The maintenance grounds are kept clean. Only thing is the apartment I’m in could’ve been cleaned better when I moved in.
What is this puddle that has been here for weeks? Why does it always smell like cigarette smoke? Why are the “secure doors” always open? Why is there usually a giant pile of trash where the bag in the pic is? Why are the exit signs broken? Why is nothing done about any of this? Ever?
