I have just visited this place yesterday to look for apartment. Leasing Office Staff Ryan Beverely is awesome. He is so patient and very kind to explain everything in detail and explored multiple options to fit our requirement. Due to this amazing experience and very nice location I am thinking to moving to this apartment.
We've lived here for 3+ years, and have seen management change hands a couple times. The new management is excellent, and responds to work order requests often within hours. They're friendly, thorough, and don't leave a problem without making sure it's fixed! Great place for pets, and we love our neighbors!!
Management is very friendly and attentive. Eddie is super professional and great at what he does. Cosmetically the place is really nice with new appliances and very conveniently located. However the building is poorly constructed and very noisy.
