I would have given five stars but I did wait an hour and a half on the Dr. That being said the wait was worth it. Dr Smith was amazing and had me taken care of and on my way in no time. He explained everything to me better than my previous dentist. And the best part, it took Dr Smith and the staff less than an hour to do what my previous dentist still wasn't going to have done. Great place. Highly recommend..

Familia Dental is very professional in the way they handle their clients. They are all so friendly and the office manager Phet is so awesome. She is always willing to be helpful and we'll go out of her way for her clients. We love her. She is an asset to the company.

PLEASE READ, VERY IMPORTANT. The dentist told my husband he had nine cavities... NINE. scary thing is, the dentist before and after this guy found NONE. My husband was about to have teeth needlessly drilled into. BEWARE! My experience wasn't great either... I waited an hour and a half, and ended up walking out...I don't know how much longer it would have been. There was no communication with me, she just said, "I'll tell the Dr your ready," and then an hour later I'm still sitting there. They "cleaned" my (9 y/o) son's teeth and it took her less than 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating--FIVE minutes tops) When I asked about it, they said they do not keep a hygienist on staff, so all they can legally do is a very "basic" cleaning and then the Dr does any "scaling" that needs to be done. I don't know about you, but if I'm going to the dentist for a cleaning, I want it to be thorough, including the hard stuff scraped off (i.e., scaling.) I would recommend at least asking about this so you know what to expect going into it. I do not care about having a giant t.v. in front of me either, actually I found it rather annoying.

Best in getting my daughter in without an appointment needed for her braces. The coordinator Mary Lou she did an amazing job on fixing my daughter's braces and making it feel comfortable for her...Thank you I really do appreciate it so much... and atmosphere there is so amazing so friendly and so welcoming 👍👏

I went in to have three of my teeth filled and during the cleaning he drilled a hole through one of my other teeth and on my next visit only filled the hole he created and didn't touch the three he was suppose to feel not only did he fill the wrong tooth for some reason he filled the gap in between my teeth and it was incredibly uncomfortable. A month later and now I'm searching for a different dentist that will hopefully be able to solve the problem and not make it worse like this place has. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
