I am working on my first cross-stitching project and was immediately greeted and they helped me with all my questions on where to start and what thread I needed. As someone who was totally new and inexperienced, I was very thankful for how helpful and friendly every one was! I will definitely be back!
Fantastic service and beautiful selection! The gal who assisted me went above and beyond by helping me after closing time. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice about my unusual project.
I just went in, fully prepared with pattern in hand to buy some interesting yarn, but I was totally turned off by the lack of greeting and assistance despite my obvious interest. Oh well, lots more places to go and enjoy the yarn store experience. One star because the place is clean, bright and organized.
Needlework is my wife's passion rather than mine. I'm just there to help out. That said,a fine selection of tools, cavases and fiber. No cross stitch or knitting although some of the staff can help with techniques or question if that's your interest.
If you like needlepoint, this is your shop! From thousands of threads to hundreds of canvases and any stitching notion you could think of! Lots of classes to enrich your learning

I've been going there for years. Great selection and great people! They are always willing to help.
Very clean and well organized. Attentive staff.
Ok but usually don't have the threads I need so I end up at Old Town Needworks shop. They ALWAYS have the threads I need.
