Craft stores are always the best! When something is on sale, it’s a good price; if not, defffffinitely overpriced, but still happy to have it as an option! Do wish their restrooms were always open during all business hours, but oh well. Good hours, always kept clean

Our local store always seems to have large sections that are out of stock and/or not organized after shoppers have rearranged things. Feels more like a TJ Maxx experience where you can't be going in for something specific, but instead are just hoping to find a good deal on something. That being said, I do appreciate that they have single sheets of vinyl!

Great selection of products. Arts and crafts supplies for just about every project.

Stopped in today for Christmas decorations. Lots of things are on sale and the shelves are still stocked with most things. I was able to.buy what I came for. My experience with the online coupons has been that there are many exclusions, so they often aren't accepted. Parking is good. The store has separate parking from the Walmart next door. The store was not crowded, but the lines were fairly long. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. There was space for more cashiers, but only two checkouts were working. I would expect that more checkouts would be open during the run-up to Christmas. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Found what i needed, nothing negative but nothing out of the ordinary. This and hobby lobby are my go-tos for craft items.

January 2021 ~ Very organized, well stocked, well maintained, good selections - not a lot of floor staff to assist in navigating store, offer suggestions. Nice location.

Went to get an easel. They had a fantastic selection, and all half price. Two clerks then helped me look for paint by numbers which they didnt have but they showed me other items that my daughter would love. And I had a 40% off coupon. At the check out I was given a free Christmas elf. Nice experience all around.

Rude employees and it disgusts me. I was at Michaels shopping with my daughter and we noticed that it was time for closing so we decided to go to check out and leave. Upon getting to check out, I was blocked by an employee, informed that the store was closed and told that I needed to leave immediately. I was in the store long before closing and I still had a few minutes before closing as I was waiting in line. They refused to help me and told me to come back another day. The employee would not move and stood in front of me with arms crossed as if he scares me. The only person who is scared was my daughter. As if losing her dad recently wasn't traumatizing enough. I was disgusted and embarrassed for Michaels in general. What a shame. I would stay far away from here. It is not worth it at all.
