WORST customer service ever. I was rudely hung up on once when enquiring about a case. I must have filed incorrectly and it was denied so I tried again and the woman on the phone basically told me she's going to deny the protection order,even though I had police tell me I needed to file the protection order to keep this person away from my house and to not be able to contact me. She just ran over me, talking over me and saying he doesn't seem like a threat to me so because of that your case is denied goodbye and she flat out hung up on me. Ridiculous. This is the reason young woman aren't safe in this town. Absolutely disgusting.

First and foremost, the people that give 1-2-3 Stars for this establishment, the only reason is because they have had issue with whatever is going on with their lives. And taking it out on the staff, It’s not the Courts fault. They have policies and procedures and there are steps that they need to follow. People want want and want. Well for me this Court and Staff were so amazing for me, I completed everything they asked for and done within a few days. Get your documents correct and have some patience. The Staff were very friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. Thank you for all your help.

For the guy saying 1-3 stars are community personal vendetta, not true, all people have to do is look up another of these judges clownish conduct. People don't like the corruption, bribery, criminals in white caps, and unconstitutional family wrecking behavior just to win a case. God will judge this house of horrors one day

Not sure who the woman is that answers the phone but shes rude as hell !!! I asked a simple question regarding divorce papers and she shouted at me and was overall just disrespectful. Please teach your phone staff some decorum!

I am a father with no criminal record in my life and was given a life time restraining-order to be 100 yards from our now 8 year old son by the family courts. I am forced to pay child support, child day care fees, 10% interest fees, asked to pay hospital fees and 6 figures in opposing attorneys fees. Lawyers with 30 years experience getting paid $500 an hour would say to the family court judge, "his methods of abuse do not include physical violence, but instead utilize psychological weapons of relational sabotage." The mother of our son would then go on how I like to make friends, go to church and "publish fathers rights material." With no criminal record, no violence, no threats of violence, positive supervised monitoring reviews from 2 agencies, I've never done drugs in my life, never cheated, I don't curse nor raise my voice... I was sentenced to a life time restraining-order and to pay maximum child support and day care fees for a biological child I must be 100 yards away from and never talk or text him again unless I want to spend time in prison. My only dream in life, after having gone over 50 months of parental alienation and no contact I am not allowed even 1 phone call for 5 seconds to say: "Dear son, I love you, forever." Forced to do a 52 week battery treatment program by the super woke feminist institution called Safe Nest moderated by a lesbian and given homework "What is a man?" I also completed over 150 hours of state sponsored dad classes, in how to be a dad. The #1reason fathers do not have a relationship with our children is because of child support. It's about money Title IV-D. My 9 to 5 white collar worker pay check from Caesars Palace of how much I have to live off of is: $284.62 "Family Court doesn't just empty your wallets. Worst experience ever here i have court today 9-28-23 to hopefully reach some agreement for joint custody , ive filled over 200 motions since 2017 my first time in front of judge charles hoskins was 2 months ago. During that hearing he orders reunification counseling... Im like huh?? I already havent seen my daughter since july 3rd 2019 and havent talked to her since 2020. I reported drug use and emergency custody many times even when someone shot my ex girlfriends vehicle. Never got on calendar. Not to mention while all this is taking place my ex is keeping my daughter away from me and my family and saying im harrassing her i got 3 felonies in 5 years and went to prison twice in that 5 years for callint to try to talk to my daughter and text messages just trying to be a dad and see my daughter

It started with my son being released then picked back up by metro. Parole had to show up to re-detain him for 2nd time. Then after 1 day of being there. Called him and was told he was in one unit and transfered to a different unit. When the staff called back and said it was from another unit to his unit. They don't know where the kids are, or who they are by name. Ridiculous to not have visting hours after 3 years.

This place and all of the justice system is a joke. They lock my son up, then release him 45 minutes later, then said they made a mistake and come lock him back up again within an hour. Entire system is a cluster lack of communication. Try to keep kids longer. Rehabilitation doesn't pay as well as keeping them locked up.

I would not have been able to do this paperwork on my own. I needed the staff and they were kind and helpful! Thank you all so much
