Great experience and very professional. Being in Florida and having to serve someone in Nevada could not have been any easier than reaching out to Junes Legal Service, Inc. Kris and the team expedited everything perfectly. Subpoena was served and the affidavits were submitted. Defendants showed up on time for the pre-trial meeting. If you are looking for a process server, I highly recommend Junes Legal.

Their online order form was broken , and did not ENTER the amount , which was suppose to be sent to paypal. When I notified them, 7 TIMES , that they charged the wrong amount , AND no service was ordered once again, no service was ordered ... they IGNORED all 7 of my e-mails to them and KEPT the money, that they sent to their paypal account !!!! These are the people you will be dealing with, and yes, I have receipts.

I needed to serve an evasive Defendant and had concerns a successful service wouldn't be possible. From the onset of my communications with the Junes Legal Service team, everyone I dealt with was professional, very responsive and ready to help. Within less than 2 days, the Defendant was successfully served and my confirming Affidavit was emailed to me. I was extremely relieved that, because of their efforts, my case could go forward. I highly recommend Junes Legal Service.

Awesome job. Efficient and professional. The person they served was in jail, unfortunately he was out of jail, I provided his home address but found out he was not living there anymore. I don't know how June's did it but the guy got served at his mother's house. I did not know the address of the mother. Great job I am amazed. Thank you so much. Update after posting review. They have emailed me right away after posting how sorry they are for not getting back to me in a timely manner. Since then they have fixed the issue. Thanks for everything. I asked them for receipt using credit card. They were not able to provide the info either cause they don't have it, or very unprofessional.

Had a TERRIBLE experience that lasted almost a year with Junes Legal. Went to them in June of 2012 to file a simple small claims case for me; being as busy as I was I hadn't the time to do it myself. The process is so simple one can file a small claims case themselves at the courthouse, yet I was so overwhelmed with other business matters I trusted them to get the job done. I WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THEM EVER AGAIN. I initially went to them in June and was told that the process would take around 30 days, which sounded about right. WRONG- I cannot believe filing simple small claims documents TOOK THESE PEOPLE CLOSE TO A YEAR. They are A JOKE. I was sent letter after letter stating that my case was rejected due to errors in the filing Junes Legal kept making in filing my case and no one ever called me- I continuously had to follow up with them. After receiving numerous letters directly from the courthouse stating that the documents were submitted INCORRECTLY and thus rejected, I had had enough and in JANUARY of the FOLLOWING YEAR nearly 7 MONTHS after I initially hired them, I called to get some real answers and spoke to an extremely rude and unprofessional worker in their office named Rebbecca who yelled at me saying, "If you wanted this done right, you should have gone through a paralegal!! I am not a paralegal, okay?!!!" And after berating me some more ultimately hung up the phone. A paralegal?? I didn't want to file for divorce for Gods sake! What I needed done a monkey could do! Yet, here they were acting as if I was hiring them to write up my Will! Go elsewhere if you want professionals with good customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

I cant tell you how to rate this Company, First they don't have enough stars on here to rate them high enough so I will rate them Numerically. They are a 10- TEN in my book. I called them Yesterday 5/11/16 to hire them for a Process Service I needed done for a court date on 5/19. I was in my head inquiring about it. The response by email was less then 15 minutes. In My first response back from Rebecca who was VERY proactive she had already done some of the research ahead of time easing my inner mind that his was the company to hire because I knew from her response They were Very professional, Very responsive and Very knowledgeable in what they were doing. This was their profession and they were they to take care of what I needed to have done in the most efficient , safest, quickest , professional manor that needed to be done. They worked diligently , confidently and handled the task at hand within 24 hours my job was DONE. Even though I didn't have a complete address, that same day within 15 min of my initial contact Rebecca had a complete address and was ready to process serve the next day as the orders for that day were already out so the next following day was the next available date for my order to go out. And at 10:18 am I got my Status Completed Response- aka in my head Mission Completed both parties Served. Done. WOW WOW WOW WOW. These two people , One non dangerous, and the rest of the household Extremely dangerous and completely violent, my concern was for the Process servers safety. They are an A-1 COMPANY and God forbid I should need them again, but if I do they are the ONLY company I will use and the ONLY Company I will refer others to use. An Awesome Awesome Awesome SUPER Speedy Company that takes your Concerns and your Job serious and get your job DONE. WOW WOW WOW.. They surely WOW'D this Customer SUPER DUPER Excellent Customer Service with all the Care and Person Touch of Treating each customer as if they are family. I'm HIGHLY Impressed , grateful, thankful and Blessed. Thank you Rebecca and your Team for the FABULOUS job you guys do DAILY putting your lives on the line helping people like us get people to court to resolve issues. THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
