Almost always great customer service! Mostly fully stocked! No complaints yet

Honestly, I love this Family Dollar location! It’s very convenient since I live in close proximity. The only thing keeping it from being a five star location is that I rolled my ankle outside the exit because their concrete sidewalk was apparently built in the 1700’s. Other than that I totally recommend going here!

I believe her name was Sue- She was Outstanding! She was helpful, genuinely friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to most Family dollar employees. I hope she gets a raise or a bonus for being a Standup employee working on New Years day and still AWESOME!

Customer service leaves at lot to be desired. I was in there on a Sunday afternoon and the cashier made me wait until she was finished doing something else, which I wouldn't have minded had she said something to me. She never addressed me, never looked me in the eye, never said thank you, never acknowledged me at all.

A lot of good products at affordable prices. Store is undergoing renovation, some shelves were empty and out of stock for popular items.

Store seems to choose its own hours, last few times I've tried to stop in, they are randomly closed with a sign on the door. Been multiple times over the last few weeks!

I just saved 11.50 using my Family Dollar App Smart Coupons!! I love FAMILY DOLLAR. I won't ever use another dollar store! I love how I always know where eveything is. I also really appreciate the fact that I can scan the item I want to see if the coupons I have will work before getting to the register! Thanks Family Dollar! My weekly stop for things needed around the house!

Close to home it was okay. Sue the cashier had a great attitude. I will go back.

Just visited this family dollar and they were closed literally at 6:53 pm. Completely unacceptable. Will not be returning!

almost all of their products are either expired or defective, from toothpaste to coffee creamer to snacks it doesn't matter what it is it's a 99% chance it's expired or defective can't believe they can get away with selling such products.
