Family Dollar Stores

One of the worst stores in Charlotte customer service socks and in stocks always low. Overall I would rather travel to Albemarle road for a better experience.

The WORST STORE IN CHARLOTTE!! I was refused service because I cant wear a mask. It depends on who is working. There were 2 "managers" working, with a mask on, but had thier noses out! They said I was contaminating the air without a mask on, but it was ok for them to do the same thing! I will be making a formal complaint! I hate this location, but it is close to my house. The store is always messy, and out of supplies. Maybe they should actually do some work instead of playing mask patrol! They dont even deserve 1 star, and need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!

For a quick in and out they have many items

This store doesn't have much on the shelves. The associates are very friendly but I would rather drive another 2-3 miles to the next closest family dollar.

First family dollar I tried to go to was closed at 4pm so I drove to this one and they didn't have one item in stock I was looking for. Waste of gas.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is neat and clean. Plus, the store has a surprisingly nice quality and variety of merchandise. It is convenient to make quick trips rather than deal with long lines in the grocery or "big box" stores.

I visited the store on 1/16/20 around 715p after visiting the nearby Foodlion where I purchased an item. I went into the store carrying my bag from FOODLION, in order to purchase Benadryl. When I walked into the store there was a line of about 5 people waiting to be served by one cashier. And so when the cashier called for his associate in the back I thought nothing of it. The store was very disorganized, with items and product boxes in the way of some aisles waiting to be shelved and so I was walking up and down several aisles looking for the Benadryl before realizing it was on the opposite side of the store. As I was walking back towards the front I was approached by an associate who said he saw me place something in my bag he than looked in my bag and saw the receipt from the FoodLion and the product from there. I was appalled and left the store immediately! Instead of helping with the long queue of customers and disorganized store, he stops me and accuses me of stealing! I will never patronize this store again

The mangers are very rude, the store is unorganized, always smelling like marijuana, boxes everywhere , bad customer service from some employees and nasty attitudes. They often close the store early a lot without giving a reason to.

Sign says open till 10pm...walked in at 9:15 was told she was closing up. Night before Easter.
