I bought my pool late last summer(2017) Ladder that came with the pool was very poorly made, was not put together and had rusty bolts and nuts put on it. Yes, it was rusty before it ever got put in the pool. Someone was sent back to repair it but did not. He dug into the ground to level it off then left. My son fixed the safety part of the ladder so it would latch and it still has the rusty bolt and nuts. I noticed the water level dropping. When I called to inform them, I was told it was evaporation. I insisted it was not, that I've had pools for 15yrs and never had this happen. I was told to look for water pooling around the bottom which I did not find then told to watch it but it was time to be covered for the winter. Now, as I'm opening the pool over half the water is gone from the pool. They are sending someone out in a week to patch it but will not answer specific questions on the warranty. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend going elsewhere to make your purchase.

They completely screwed up installing a pool for my inlaws on 5/14t18. If I could upload a picture on here I would. We bought a 24'x24'x52" round pool to have installed in the yard. The yard sits on a slope so we knew they where going to have to dig it out for the pool. We discussed with them how far above the ground the pool was going to have to be at the top of the hill, because we planned on extending the deck out and wrapping it around the pool. Instead of digging down enough to leave a 2" gap between the pool and future deck there is now going to be a 3' gap. Not only that but the ground at the top of the hill where they dug in to put the pool is a foot higher than the pool is. I dont know how the installers thought it was ok or they just didn't care. Family Leisure isn't going to fix the issue so now it's more money out of our pockets to try to solve the problem.

Purchasing a hot tub is one thing. When you need service, then you learn what kind of company you are dealing with. My hot tub would not turn on October 15. Monday, October 16, I called and spoke to the service mananger. He told me how to determine if I had a, electrical service problem or a hot tub problem. He wanted to save me money if a call was not necessary. Then after determining I did have a hot tub problem, they sent out Steve. I have never experienced and more professional or experienced repairman. Steve was knowledgeable and efficient. Got me fixed and headed off a future problem too. Tested my water. Showed me how to avoid future issues. I have gone to see doctors who were not as thorough. I do not understand why anyone would want to buy a hot tub from anyone else. Family Leisure knows what customer service ,means. Buy from them.
