Mermaid winterized my hot tub, but when I opened it this year the spa has a serious leak.  They had no problem winterizing it but refused to repair because I didn't buy the spa from them. Not good.

Just looked around, salesperson came over after about 2 minutes of looking, let us know they were ther and left us alone to look. They were close by where we could see them if we needed, but didn't  follow us around, or try to make us buy anything. Enjoyed looking and will go back.

The employees here are the BEST, they have helped me keep my pool and spa crystal clear.  There has never been a bad or less than great experience.  I feel I am always treated with a "can do" attitude, and Mark is helpful in finding what I need.  Thank you!
