Family Medical Equipment

I wanted to give them 0 stars, as in 0 times they called me back. NEVER received a call back after calling them three times!!! Very unprofessional. I had to go in person on my lunch break just to finally talk to someone. I would not recommend this company.

Had problems in the past but wanted to find out whether or not it was my Dr or the supply store. I dropped off the original script and progress notes to Family supply and ordered cpap supplies. They called a week and a half later and said it was ready for pickup. Stopped in that day. Nothing was ready. Guy tried to give me some other sort of mask and filters etc. None of which were correct. I told him to call me when he gets the right supplies in. Two weeks later I called and they told me my order was cancelled. I told them I'll be in to get my script and notes to which she said fine. I show up only to be told they threw my script and paperwork away. Now not only was I lied to but they also wasted my time in running around . I would not entrust this company to clean up after my dog. I highly recommend ANY one else over this company. .

Very helpful, very kind staff. They will most likely have what you are looking for in a medical supply store.
