They told me I couldn't come back because I was trying to switch doctors and I couldn't until Monday of the following week, so I got mad and said whatever and hung up. They call me at 9 in the morning just to tell me this and then when I ask to talk to a supervisor she said she was going to transfer me and hung up. Called back and talked to the "manger" she was rude and they are very unprofessional and I wouldn't want anyone else to go there.

This place is poorly run. The people who answer the phones act like the patients are there to serve them. I've walked out of the waiting room and went home more than once after waiting more than an hour past my appointment time. The doctors are pretty good, but it came to the point where I dreaded going there, so I found a different doctor elsewhere.

I don't usually write reviews, but after working with Emily in billing she deserves to be acknowledged. My family always sees Dr. Ring and he is wonderful each time we see him. We had some confusion on recent charges, and after a lot of phone tag, release of information being mailed, and questions back and forth between the doctor. Emily got our bill settled. She was always extremely upbeat, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately we live in a world that people in customer service are commonly difficult to work with. Emily is a true exception to that. Thank you for all your help and especially for being so kind through it all!

I'd give zero stars if I could. First time going to a doctor in 13 years and the doctor told me I need a lifestyle change withing 3 min of meeting me, and without knowing a thing about me. Ridiculous that people get treated like this. Receptionist was wonderful.
