I am horrified at how I was treated by Liz. Shame on her. An individual calls a therapist looking for help, not to feel as though they are not important and belittled. Liz asked for a number to call me back, she was on another call. I explained I was at work and what time would be better for me to call back.? She again said she was on the phone and asked for my number to call back. Tried again to explain that I was at work and this is a subject I would rather not discuss in front of my co-workers and what would be a better time to call back? Liz, not skipping a beat says, "as soon I get off the phone." hummmmm. I was a bit shocked at this response. I asked again what would be a better time to call back, because again, I was at work. Liz replied, "I'm at work too" Whoa!!! that response left me speechless. Liz then hung up If this is how your clients, I would have been a new client, are treated I'm glad I found this out now before I trusted any of my information with your practice.
